特殊岗位的资格要求

1       为确保QE管理体系的有效运行,以达到QE管理方针和目标所规定的要求,并实现持续改进,公司应提供充分的、相应工作所必备的人力资源、财力资源、信息资源、基础设施和工作环境。
To ensure effective operation of the QE management system, meet the requirements specified byfor the QE management policies and objectives, and realize sustained improvement, ourthe companyCompany must provide sufficient human resources, financial resources, information resources, infrastructure, and work environment that are necessary for relevant works.

6.1.2       公司应对保证生产能力,保证产品质量和服务质量,保证各类验证工作的有效性和可信性所需的资源,应确定其要求并满足这些要求;
OurThe companyCompany must identify and provide the resources for ensuring the production capacity, production quality, service quality, and effectiveness and credibility of various verification works. In addition, our company must determine and meet their requirements.

6.1.3       对过程能力的资源适应性应通过必要的评审进行检查和确定;对检验和试验能力、人员素质等方面资源适应性、QE管理体系的适应性等应通过管理评审来检查。当出现以上不适应情况时,最高管理者应负责协调解决。

6.1.4       公司应确保满足顾客要求,增进顾客满意所需的资源。

6.2人力资源Human Resources

6.2.1总则General Rules

公司制定并实施《培训控制程序》和《岗位职责》,明确各岗位员工的能力、技能和经验等要求,或需要的教育、培训要求,从而使与质量、环境有关的人员均是能够信任的。

6.2.2能力、意识和培训Ability, Awareness and Training

a.公司根据产品和提供服务要求及顾客的要求,确定了与质量、环境有关的人员所必须的能力要求,必要时通过培训或其它措施达成能力要求。

b.公司规定了有关员工培训的职责和控制要点,以便提供和保持员工的素质和能力。
OurThe companyCompany stipulates the responsibilities and control points related to staff training to maintain and improve staff's quality and ability.

5.6.3.1员工培训管理和资格评审等工作由质量部负责,确定各部门具体的培训要求并坚持执行。The Quality Department shall be responsible for Staff staff training        management and qualification review shall be conducted by the Quality Department. In addition, the Quality Departmentand shall stipulate the specific training requirements of each department and manage to meet these requirements.

5.6.3.2各部门根据制定的《员工年度培训计划》,对所有与质量、环境有关的人员提供培训,培训要求须保证在所确定的工作岗位上获得新的知识和技能,并保证这些人员符合规定的要求。Based on the established Staff Annual Training Plan, each department provides QE-related personnel with training. It is required that to ensure that the employeestaff of a determined position can gain new knowledge and skill at relevant positions and meets the specified requirements after the training.

5.6.3.3培训要求包括(但不限于):The training requirements include but are not limited to:

1)专业技能要求;
Professional skill requirement

2)质量、环境意识要求;
QE awareness requirement

3)企业文化及厂规厂纪培训要求;
EnterpriseCorporate culture and factory regulation and discipline training requirement

4)管理方针和目标教育;
Management policy and objective education

5)国家、行业、法律法规明确规定的培训要求;
Training requirements explicitly stipulated by the nation, industry, and laws and regulations

6)特殊岗位的资格要求。
Special position qualification requirement

5.6.3.4从事特定工种的人员(叉车、电工、电焊工等)须根据相应的教育、培训和(或)经验加以评价和考核,并进行资格认定。
The personnel engaged in specific types of work (for example, forklift driver, electrician, and electric welder) must be evaluated and assessed in terms of education, training, and/or experience for qualification accreditation.

5.6.3.5培训应达到使员工认识到所从事活动的相关性和重要性,并获得必要的信息,增强员工的质量、环境及其管理意识。
The training must help to achieve the following purposes: Make the staff realize the relevance and importance of the activity they engage in and obtain necessary information, and to improve staff's their QE and management awareness.

5.6.3.6培训后应评价培训的有效性,并保持有关教育、培训、技能和经验的适当记录。这种记录应保存至该员工离开本公司止。
The effectiveness of the training must be assessed after it is conducted. In addition, appropriate records related to the education, training, skill, and experience of each employee must be kept and retained. Such records of an employee must be retained till he/she leaves ourthe companyCompany.
