The managerial representative canis empowered to report the operation conditions of the management system, quality information from customers, and environment information from stakeholders directly to the top-level executive. In addition, tThis representative may serve as ourthe companyCompany's representative for external communication in terms ofconcerning the product quality problem, service quality problem, quality promiseassurance-related problem, and environment-related problem.
The managerial representative reports achievements and needs for improvement of the QE management system to the top-level executive.
All possible methods need to be adopted to improve the awareness of satisfying customer requirements in ourthe companyCompany.

OurThe companyCompany formulates and effectively carries out the Information Communication Procedure, which requires. fFrequent communication beingis maintained between ourthe companyCompany's management layers personnel and between our company'sdifferent functional departments according to the document specification and work requirements to ensure the effectiveness of the QE management system and achieve the purpose of continuous improvement.
The communication contents shall at least containcover the QE objectives and achievements of ourthe companyCompany's QE management system.

1.9.4 信息交流Information Communication
The Quality Department shall organize relevant personnel to collect and reply the information related to external environment, including the acceptance accepting and handling of environmental complaints. For the information communication where major environmental factors are involved, the Quality Department shall keep relevant records accordingly.
