1.优化配置资源,以确保QE管理体系的有效运行,实现公司的方针和战略目标;
Optimize resource configuration to ensure effective operation of the quality and environment (QE)management system, thus fulfilling theour companyCompany's policy and achieving our company’sits strategic objectives.

2.预防污染,保护作业区以及周边环境,接受员工和社会监督;
Prevent pollution, protect the environment in and around the work zone, and accept supervision fromthe staff and society.

3.遵守国家和地方的法律、法规,尊重当地的风俗习惯;
Abide by national and local laws and regulations and respect local customs and traditions.

4.提高员工的质量环境管理的意识,持续改进我们的工作;
Strengthen staff's QE management awareness and continuously improve our work.

5.培养一种全员参与质量环境管理的企业文化;
Cultivate an enterprise culture of full participation in QE management.

6.我们的行动和表现可为公众所获取,赢得相关方对我们的信任。
Expose our actions and behaviors to the public. This will to build up our image as a trustworthyenterprise.

1.1 总则General Provisions

1.1.1       本手册依据GB/T19001-2008 idt IS09001:2008《质量管理体系——要求》、GB/T24001-2004 idt ISO14001:2004《环境管理体系——规范及使用指南》而编制,用于证实本公司有能力满足顾客、员工及各相关方对质量、环境的要求,以及能够满足适用的法律、法规要求,稳定地提供满足顾客要求和适用的产品技术标准要求的系统物流可重复使用的运输包装的清洁、搬运,存储和维修。
This manual is compiled according to GB/T19001-2008 idt IS09001:2008 Quality Management System—Requirements and GB/T24001-2004 idt ISO14001:2004 Environment Management System—Specificationswith Guidance for Useand User Manual. It is used to prove that we are able to meet the QE requirements of our customers, staff, and stakeholders', able to meet the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and able to steadily provide various services that meet customers' requirements and applicable technical standards of the product in terms of cleaning, transportation, storage, and maintenance of reusable packages for system logistics.
